Who We Are

The people and principles behind TitanForge

TitanForge Projects

Our Story

Started back in 2011, TitanForge wasn't your typical architecture studio. We kicked things off in a cramped office on King Street with just three of us and way too much coffee. The vision? Design spaces that actually work for the people using 'em - not just pretty renders that look good in magazines.

We've always been drawn to the tough projects. Give us a warehouse conversion or a manufacturing facility over a cookie-cutter office block any day. There's something honest about industrial spaces - they don't hide what they're meant to do. That's the kind of architecture that gets us out of bed in the morning.

Fast forward to now, and we're a team of 24 working out of Bay Street. We've put our stamp on over 180 projects across Ontario and beyond. Still the same crew that loves getting our boots dirty on construction sites though. That hasn't changed one bit.

What Drives Us

Not your typical mission statement stuff - just what actually matters to us

Practical Innovation

New ideas are great, but only if they actually solve real problems. We're not here to reinvent the wheel just for the sake of it - but we'll definitely find a better way to make it roll.

Built to Last

Trends come and go. We design buildings that'll still be standing strong and looking good decades from now. Solid materials, smart engineering, nothing flimsy.

Straight Talk

No architect-speak or confusing jargon. We'll tell you what's possible, what's not, and why. Your project, your budget, your timeline - we keep it real from day one.

Smart Sustainability

Green building shouldn't break the bank or be complicated. We build in energy efficiency and sustainable materials where they make actual sense - for your wallet and the planet.

The Team

The folks making it happen every day

Marcus Reid

Marcus Reid

Principal Architect & Founder

Started TitanForge after spending too many years at big firms designing things he didn't believe in. Marcus has this knack for seeing potential in challenging sites. When he's not sketching, you'll find him at construction sites or coaching his kid's hockey team.

Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen

Senior Architect & Partner

Joined us in 2013 and honestly, we'd be lost without her. Sarah runs our sustainability initiatives and somehow manages to keep everyone on schedule. She's got a Masters in Environmental Design and isn't afraid to push back when a client wants something that doesn't make sense.

James Kowalski

James Kowalski

Lead Structural Engineer

The guy who makes sure our wild ideas won't fall down. James came from heavy industrial work and brings that no-nonsense approach to every project. He's saved us from more than a few "creative" solutions that looked good on paper but wouldn't work in reality.

Aisha Patel

Aisha Patel

Project Director

Aisha keeps the trains running on time and the budgets in check. She's worked on everything from automotive plants to distribution centers. Clients love her because she tells it straight and always has a plan B ready when things go sideways.

David Thompson

David Thompson

Design Lead

Dave's the creative engine behind a lot of our best work. He's obsessed with how buildings age and weather - thinks patina and wear tell a story. His background in industrial design shows up in the details that make our projects feel unique.

Nina Andersson

Nina Andersson

BIM Coordinator

Nina runs our digital workflow and makes sure all the tech plays nice together. She's turned us into a pretty efficient operation with BIM integration. Also handles most of our clash detection and coordination - catching problems before they show up on site.
